Everyone displays faith in something or someone. When you drive, you place your faith in your car to start, brakes to stop, the laws of the road, and other drivers and their cars to do the same. That is great faith. There are three types:

  1. Blind Faith – Also called ignorant faith. One possesses this faith without considering evidence, devoid of facts.
  2. Unreasonable Faith – When presented with evidence that might challenge said faith, it is rejected without consideration.
  3. Reasoned Faith – This is a faith that is open to evidence and welcomes discussion because the evidence reinforces the person or thing upon which faith is placed.

When it comes to faith in Jesus as Savior what type do you possess?

At various times we display all three types of faith. When it comes to faith in Jesus as Savior, blind and unreasonable is not acceptable. Christianity is under attack in America and it behooves each and every follower in Christ to know WHY they believe that Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.
